when my checks arrived, the last number in the account was wrong. my fault; I overlooked this and sent out a check.

I placed an online order, nearly 4 weeks later I go online to check on said order. It shows canceled.
The initial hassle I had to go back and create a 2nd order as 2 orders/2 accounts weren't allowed. Now this rodeo, the automated system canceled the order. No email notification. So apparently I need to call the bank while their customer service is on hold to verify something.
My bank will not do a conference call due to fraud.
I have ordered non-bank checks for over 20 years and not had this rodeo. Now they have my account information to boot.

Well, after not receiving my order for a lengthy period, I received an email stating that they lost my order. This means they also lost my information regarding my account numbers and such.
You can't trust a company that takes so little care in keeping up with information like that. I am completely disappointed.
I do not suggest anyone use this company, especially if you value your personal information. Do not use this company.

I ordered 1 book of checks on 3/25/23, and they charged my debit card the same day. I got an email on 3/28 saying the checks have shipped, but I waited until 4/20 and no checks.
I emailed them twice about it but received no reply. I asked them to either refund my $$$ or actually send me the checks (I don't think they actually sent them...just said they did). Never order from this company...chances are you're just giving them $$$ in return for nothing. There are so many check places out there...give them your business, and not this corrupt company.
I'm calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge, and being they won't refund my $$$ voluntarily, I'll have the bank deal with them.
***I tried to contact the BBB, but they're not registered with them...I wonder why not. They'd have to make things right with their customers and not just do as they please and steal peoples money!

Messed up my checks
The account number is supposed to be 307 not 370. Bank will not honor these checks.

I didn't order anything and no one verified that i had a bank account at that bank and they send me checks and my name is not on that account and i would like to know who order me checks with my name on them

Last Minute "handling fee" on EVERY ITEM in the order
After going through everything to order checks on the website, I was expecting to pay the price for the checks that was listed. And to get free shipping as indicated.
That would have been a good price.
But then they add $3.25 to every item in the order as a "handling fee" at checkout. That pretty much means that everything they sell should be $3.25 more than they list it for.
Maybe still an ok price compared to this rip off industry of check printing, but dishonest marketing.
